Partnership will combine iProfile Foundation’s financial literacy programme with Level Africa’s Fund Hosting infrastructure to create a pathway from saving to investing.
Kampala, Uganda — June 2026: Level Africa, a Capital Markets Authority of Uganda-regulated investment platform with over 500,000 users, has entered into a formal partnership with iProfile Foundation to support and expand the Koin Dream Challenge, a 90-day savings programme designed to build financial literacy and saving habits among children aged 5 to 14.
The partnership brings together iProfile Foundation’s established financial literacy programme and Level Africa’s investment infrastructure, with Level providing Fund Hosting to support the programme as it grows.
Through the partnership, the two organisations aim to create a stronger connection between learning about money, developing a saving habit and, over time, understanding how savings can be put to work through investments.
Building on the Koin Dream Challenge
The Koin Dream Challenge is an initiative of iProfile Foundation Uganda and has already completed three successful editions.
The programme has reached more than 3,000 children across over 10 districts, facilitated the opening of more than 3,000 bank accounts, and helped participating children save more than UGX 50 million.
The Challenge operates through schools and involves teachers and parents alongside participating children. This approach extends financial education beyond the classroom and encourages conversations about money, saving and financial independence within families and communities.
The Koin Dream Challenge started with a simple belief: if children learn how to save and understand money early, those habits can stay with them for life. Partnering with Level Africa gives us an opportunity to take what we have built over the last three editions to many more children, schools and families across Uganda.

From Saving to Investing
Saving is an important foundation for financial independence, but building wealth also requires people to understand how their money can be invested and grow over time.
Level Africa will support this through Fund Hosting, one of its For Business services.
Fund Hosting enables organisations to leverage Level Africa’s investment infrastructure to offer investment opportunities to their customers, members or communities without having to build the underlying investment infrastructure from scratch.
For iProfile Foundation, this creates an opportunity to build on the saving habits developed through the Koin Dream Challenge and establish a pathway through which participating families can gain greater exposure to investing and long-term wealth creation.
The Koin Dream Challenge has already demonstrated what is possible when financial education is made practical from an early age. Through our Fund Hosting infrastructure, we can help iProfile Foundation build on that foundation and create a pathway from learning about money and saving to accessing investment opportunities. This is also what Fund Hosting allows us to do for organisations that want to bring investment products to their communities without having to build the underlying infrastructure themselves.

A Model for Organisations Looking to Offer Investments
The partnership also demonstrates how Level Africa can work with organisations that already have established communities, customers or members.
An organisation may have the audience, distribution network or financial proposition but not the investment infrastructure required to provide and manage investment products.
Rather than building that infrastructure independently, organisations can use Level Africa’s Fund Hosting capabilities to support the launch and operation of their investment offering.
This can be relevant to organisations such as financial institutions, SACCOs and cooperatives, investment groups, fintechs and other businesses looking to extend investment opportunities to the people they serve.
For Level Africa, the iProfile Foundation partnership therefore goes beyond supporting one financial literacy programme. It demonstrates how Level’s investment infrastructure can be used by other organisations to expand access to investing.
Building Financial Habits Early
At the centre of the partnership remains a shared conviction that financial literacy should begin early.
Uganda’s savings culture faces structural challenges, and both organisations believe schools can provide an effective starting point for helping young people develop better financial habits.
By combining iProfile Foundation’s community presence with Level Africa’s platform reach and investment infrastructure, the partnership is designed to bring more schools, parents and companies into the Koin Dream Challenge.
The longer-term opportunity is to help create a generation that does not only understand the importance of saving, but also understands investing and the role it can play in building wealth.
